I'm on Act 4 of Episode 8 now. Finished 2 and 3 this morning, and it's not even noon yet. At least here in Sunny Southern California, at the time of this writing, that is.
And I ended Act 3 on a... wow! Let's just say it's a MOMENT! I mean... one of those: Will the viewers have a moment here? Oh, hell yes, they'll have a moment here!
I am so pleased with how this episode is writing itself out that I do not want to stop until it's finished... TODAY!
I rarely get these moments. Rarely. And when I do I feel like celebrating!
I may have to go in and edit dialogue down, maybe even cut a few scenes, or trim the fat around them, but damn if this one episode is like... nearing the end of season finale' GOOD!
When a writer gets excited... I mean REALLY excited for a project they're working on, especially someone like me who has to fight tooth and nail to get to that point even 99.9% of the time, then... yeah... it's a Good Day of Writing.
